Boldizsar Lukacsi

Boldizsár Lukácsi represents the youngest generation of an artist family. The sense for classical and contemporary arts were instilled in him from early ages. After learning the sculpting methods mostly from his father, the internationally acknowledged artist László Lukácsi, he began to develop his own voice.

In his works he examines the attraction of opposites and their interactions.

The soft curves formed from the strict structure of the sharp glass sheets reflect the emotional complexity of human situations. Light is a symbol of spiritual purity, balance, and harmony. Through the play of light the sculptures interact with their surroundings and invite the viewer to dialogue.
