Contarini I’m happy to be able to feature this beautiful Lino piece from his "Contarini" series. The strong colors work so well together and the design of the murrini patterns is spot on perfect. |
|
Just this morning I received images of this lovely new Nancy Callan piece. In many ways my favorite Callan series are her "Clouds." I love the gentle, flowing forms in this series. This one has a rather unique color pallette which I like very much. |

Untitled This great piece by North Carolina glass artist Alex Bernstein is so new that it is still untitled and has not yet been professionally photographed. I liked it so much that I asked Alex for special permission to feature it here in my newsletter. |
|
Terpsichore in Blues Many of Toland Sand’s glass sculptures are relatively simple in form. This one is much more complex and many faceted. Therefore I am including a short video clip so that you can more fully appreciate Toland’s mastery here. |

Particle Accelerator What a fresh and innovative look this abstract sculpture by Michael Taylor conveys to the beholder! This is the kind of piece that makes "Do Not Touch" signs in galleries difficult to respect. |

Thank you, as always, for taking part of your day to enjoy some of the world’s most outstanding glass art works! I look forward to staying in touch. Kenn Holsten |
